I work in a shop where customers say things like "I flew here on a spaceship" and I find out my boyfriends getting his cock out to girls on the internet. Obviously I throw him out my house. My friend phones me for a "can't talk long" he says later followed by "have a nice night". He must be confused. He's the one out drinking and socialising, I'm the one at home in my dressing gown by 11pm on a saturday night with nothing more than an obese cat for company. I can't even have a fucking drink. Allergic to alcohol. Or some comfort food. Allergic to anything comforting (sugar/dairy/etc) Or drugs. I have a bad history with drugs. The most exciting thing to happen to me in the last 24 hours was getting a ring stuck on my finger at work. I actually thought I would have to ask my boss to call the fire brigade to cut it off, watching my finger rapidly going purple. But vaseline and brute force did the job. There's a sentence you don't hear everyday. It took the skin off mind you, still hurts now. But at least I didn't have to buy the fucking thing.
